Yeah , we've met him on a base server. He's skilled.
Timezone is your local time , to your country. For exemple , in central Europe , timezone is GMT + 1 ( I think ) . In America , timezone is maybe GMT + 7. As you're Romanian , your timezone must be GMT +1 or +2.
